Ajuga Black Scallop

This attractive ground covering Ajuga has wonderfully glossy, near-black, scalloped dense foliage that is perfect to twin with other contrasting plants to set off each others colours. The deepest foliage colour is achieved when plants are sited in full sun and in cooler temperatures. From mid to late spring, spikes of deep blue flowers stand above the low, spreading foliage.

The effect is stunning when planted en-masse for covering your borders, perhaps under planting deciduous shrubs such as Roses, or in patio planters. Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers.
