Acer shirasawanum Jordan - Golden Full Moon Maple

Product ref: S1F004

Availability: In stock

Jordan, known as the 'Golden Full Moon' Maple, is a slow-growing beauty with stunning, uniquely coloured, fan-shaped leaves.

Starting with butter yellow leaves in the spring, through summer, the tree's foliage transforms into a bright yellow-lime, before its leaves complete their transition to golden orange with red margins in the autumn.

Small crimson flowers appear in summer as the tree matures, contrasting beautifully with the golden foliage.

Perfect for any garden, it is easy to grow and very hardy, even in the coldest parts of the UK. This attractive small tree will become a stunning specimen to display for years to come.

With a bushy, spreading habit, this golden Japanese Maple will reach around 4m x 4m in 20 years and thrives in moist, well-drained soil in dappled shade or bright sunshine if kept regularly watered.

Supplied in approx 5 litre containers.

Received my acer yesterday, very quick delivery and packaging first class. What a beautiful specimen and taller than I expected. If all your plants are this standard I will not hesitate to order others. Thank you.
