This red maple,'Brandywine', is a stunning variety of Acer rubrum with dark green leaves that turn bright red in the autumn. The gorgeous autumn colour is long-lasting, eventually darkening to purple.
If the incredible colour wasn't enough, this tree also treats you to displays of small, red flowers in the spring.
Grow this tree in moist, well-drained soil, avoiding chalky soils. It prefers a sheltered position if possible.
Supplied in approx. 3 litre containers.
