This fascinating Japanese Maple, 'Metamorphosa', is well-known for its dramatic seasonal colour changes. A small deciduous tree, it has delicate pink leaves that appear in the spring, gradually becoming green in the summer, and then change once more into a vivid blend of orange and scarlet in the autumn. 'Metamorphosa' is therefore a remarkable option for bringing colour and visual appeal to any garden because of its beautiful foliage.
Perfect for small gardens, container planting, or as a focal piece in a larger landscape, this Acer thrives in a protected spot that gets some shade. The tree needs regular watering, especially during dry spells, and loves well-drained, acidic-to-neutral soil.
Supplied in approx. 2-3 litre containers.
