Acer palmatum Ijoshi has the most beautiful pink foliage and adds a fairy tale feel to your garden. Not only is the colour beautiful, but the shape of the foliage creates a very delicate and elegant look. It stays quite compact making it perfect for a smaller garden or to fill in a gap amongst some other plants.
This tree will appreciate a mixture of sun and shade in a sheltered spot. It will grow in any type of soil that is well-drained and kept relatively moist.
