The Acer palmatum dissectum 'Firecracker' is a magnificent Japanese Maple known for its finely cut, lace-like leaf, which emerges in brilliant crimson-red and deepens to burgundy throughout the season. In the autumn, the leaves turn blazing scarlet, producing a stunning seasonal spectacle. Its beautiful, cascading design makes it ideal for enhancing borders, patios, or serving as a focal point in smaller gardens.

 

Plant in moist, well-drained soil in a sheltered location with partial shade to protect the delicate foliage from direct sunlight or high winds. Water on a regular basis, especially during dry months, and mulch once a year to keep soil moisture. Prune sparingly in late winter to keep its form. A great option for adding year-round beauty to your garden.

 

Supplied in approx. 4-5 litre nursery containers these are beautiful at around 75-100cm tall. Pot pictured not included.
